Hamilton!

I had theee craziest thing happen to me and have to write out the details and share it in its own post because it was that crazy! So Hamilton was in SLC from April 11-May 6. For the last few weeks of that I had been entering the lottery on the Hamilton app each day. All you had to do was click a button and you were entered for the lottery that day, to win up to two tickets. Tickets to Hamilton sold out so fast (as you can imagine) and the prices were insane! (also as you can imagine.) Because of that I knew that my chances of winning were so slim and I didn't think it would possible happen. BUT then it did! I got an email on May 4 that said I had won two tickets for the next day. WHAT? I was elated. But I had forgotten that the next day was Austin's USU graduation and it was very important to him and Mckall that we were there. So we had to pass them up and I was so bummed. Luckily my friend Kylie can pass as me so I gave her my Drivers License and her and Brendan used them. 

Well after the graduation, Kev and I were feeling sad that we had the opportunity to see Hamilton but had to pass it up, when I got another email. It said that, I kid you not, I had won two more tickets for the next day! Can you believe that?? So we ended up being able to go after all with the best luck in all the world. It was as good as everybody says- I loved it so much. The soundtrack has been on repeat since we saw it in May. We felt so spoiled that we were able to see Hamilton within a month of seeing HP & the Cursed Child. 

Oh and I can't forget to mention that these tickets were second row, center! We're talking like $1000 tickets. It was the most surreal experience. It was so good to be in the room where it happened. ;)
