Halloween

Halloween with Halle was so fun this year. It was the first time in her life that she really understood a holiday and her excitement made me so excited too! She helped me decorate the house and we did some fun Halloween activities over the month and she loved every second. 

We visited Logan the weekend before Halloween which was really fun, as always. I love going now and then because my entire family is there so it's fun to see everyone. The day we got there my parents had this giant box delivered to their door and my dad made it into a little house for Halle. She loved it and played in it all night! 

We went to lunch at The Italian Place in Logan with the girls. And my dad. :) And the baby boys. :) 

We went to the Pumpkin Walk. There's a lot of nostalgia there for me, the first time as I ever went was on a field trip in Kindergarten. It's free, and different families or businesses make exhibits out of pumpkins and you walk around and look at them. I've been going my whole life so I was excited to go after not going for awhile. It didn't really live up to the hype this year though. But it was a fun thing to do with the fam.

Home Sweet Home

 

A couple days before Halloween we went to a little party with friends. It was so fun to see these cute kids in their costumes. My mom had given Halle an Elsa costume so she wore that and loved it! 

We went to a big outdoor Halloween party in Daybreak and it was the first time Halle got to wear her Buzz Lightyear costume and she was SO excited! We ran into this boy dressed as buzz and his mom insisted we take a pic! haha Every time Halle got some candy in her bucket she wanted to stop and eat it right then. haha! 

BEAU! I love this sweet little boy who is full of so many smiles. 

I was just going to have Halle be Buzz and Beau be Woody but then I threw these together last minute for Me, Kev, and Navy. Kev was not too thrilled but he went along with it, what a guy. :) 

While Halle took her nap in preperation for the big night of trick or treating, Beau took a nap on me and it was absolute heaven.

After taking a few pictures with the fam we went to Lehi to trick or treat with cousins! It was a great night and Halle had so much fun. Days after she kept saying in a sad voice, "Halloween's over. " Good times!
